AbstractTwo paraconical pendulum installations, located approximately 200km apart in thenorth-eastern region of Romania, recorded simultaneously the mechanical observables (azimuth, precession, period) and the electrical observables (VDC, VAC, VDA, all in millivolts)during the days preceding and coinciding with the solar eclipse of 12 August 2026 and thepartial lunar eclipse of 28 August 2026. The measurement results are analyzed in the Mach–Maxwell–Electroconvergence paradigm. The pendulum is represented by the Phase ElectroconvergentMixed Transducer (PEMT) model. The analysis reconstructs two phases from themeasured data: the electrical phase φi = arctan(VDC,i/VAC,i) and the mechanical perturbationεi = ΔRi−Δα(7)F . The phase distinction δ = ΦG−ΦL results from the comparison of thetwo phases; it is not introduced as a theoretical postulate. A phase-lock signature is observedin the results of the series 18h55m at Horodnic on 11 August 2026: all six determinationsgive the same azimuth value, and all five within-series perturbations are identical and equalto the Foucault reference. A positional lock is observed within each series, correlated withthe position of the celestial bodies. The analysis validates the structure, the organization, and the functions of the PEMT model in the Mach–Maxwell–Electroconvergence paradigm. The raw data are reported in Appendix A.
