Long-term real-world evidence on faricimab in previously treated, treatment-resistant neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) remains limited. Although pivotal trials demonstrated sustained visual outcomes and extended dosing intervals in treatment-naïve eyes, these findings may not be directly applicable to patients with chronic disease, persistent exudative activity, and a high treatment burden despite frequent anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapy [ 1 ]. This study reports three-year outcomes following a switch from aflibercept 2 mg (Eylea; Bayer, Germany) to faricimab (Vabysmo; Roche, Switzerland) in treatment-resistant nAMD, extending the previously published 12- and 24-month analyses of this cohort [ 2 , 3 ].
