Application of Convolutional Neural Networks to Improve Tumor Segmentation in Prostate MRI

The study aims to obtain segmentations (masks) of areas with prostate cancer in MRI studies of the pelvic organs in men. Various neural network architectures for 2D and 3D segmentation in MRI series were examined, as well as methods for improving results of prostate presegmentation using a classification neural network. Methods for improving prostate segmentation were also considered.
