We recently demonstrated substantial inter-individual variability in platelet responsiveness across different populations, including anti-platelet therapy-treated and untreated individuals, using singular agonist doses. In this study we explored the use of scalar concentrations of platelet agonists to derive an standardized index of platelet reactivity that is easy to interpret and may be used clinically.
