The primary goal of this research is to look at the mechanical and corrosion properties of a squeeze stir cast Al6061 Metal Matrix Composite (MMC) reinforced with Fly Ash (FA), Coconut Shell Ash (CSA) and Graphite Particles (GPs). The base metal Al6061 is reinforced with two reinforcing components using a squeeze-stir casting process. The first proportion consists of 1% FA, 1% CSA and 1% GPs. The second proportion comprises 2% FA, 2% CSA and 2% GPs. After the addition of reinforcements, a 21% improvement in the tensile strength is obtained for the second proportion specimen. The maximum hardness achieved by the best‑reinforced Al6061 composite specimen is 11 HV higher than that of the lower‑reinforcement added composite specimen. The corrosion rate is also minimised to 0.014 mm/yr for the second proportion composite.
