Conventional Electromagnetically induced transparency-like (EIT-like) metasurfaces are highly sensitive to structural parameters and incident angles, limiting their practical applications. Here, we propose a dielectric metasurface that achieves a multi-parameter robust EIT-like response through the coupling between a symmetry-breaking-induced QBIC and a low-Q GMR. Benefiting from the broadband background provided by the GMR and the low-dispersion characteristic of the QBIC near the Γ point, the transparency window maintains a stable spectral position, well-preserved lineshape, and high transmittance under geometric perturbations of several tens of nanometers. The EIT-like response also remains robust for oblique incidence up to 8° along two orthogonal directions. This design provides a promising route toward highly stable planar photonic devices.
