The growing demand for affordable and nutritious home-cooked meals has led to the rapid expansion of home-based lunch distribution services in India. This study examines the impact of service quality factors on customer satisfaction with home-based lunch distribution services in Anand District, Gujarat. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 50 customers using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, including frequency and percentage analysis. The findings reveal that most respondents regularly use home-based lunch services and perceive them as affordable, reliable, and satisfactory in terms of food quality, taste, packaging, and timely delivery. Customers also exhibited a high level of loyalty toward their preferred service providers, indicating strong trust and satisfaction with the services. However, hygiene emerged as a key area requiring continuous improvement to enhance the overall customer experience. The study further emphasizes that personalized services, affordability, and consistency in food quality play a significant role in influencing customer satisfaction and repeat usage. The findings provide valuable insights for home-based food entrepreneurs, policymakers, and researchers in developing effective strategies to improve service quality, customer retention, and the long-term sustainability of home-based lunch distribution services.
