Version 1.0 (AI-assisted research programme; not peer reviewed). We estimate the MOND acceleration scale from rotation-curve POINTS where gas supplies more than 80% of the baryonic acceleration, which removes most of the a0-mass-to-light degeneracy (11% change over Upsilon 0.3-0.7, versus 63% for galaxy-level gas-rich samples); these deep-MOND points prefer the quadrature kernel sqrt(1+1/y) over the exponential RAR form. SPARC TRGB/Cepheid-distance galaxies give 1.16e-10 m/s^2 (+-20%), SPARC Hubble-flow galaxies 0.70e-10 (+-18%), WALLABY DR2 0.73e-10 (+-23%, with the external-field effect, flux-scale, asymmetric-drift and distance assumptions tested), LITTLE THINGS 0.78e-10 (+-41%). A random-effects combination gives a0 = (8.3 +- 1.1)e-11 m/s^2: the conventional 1.2e-10 is disfavoured at 2.7 sigma, values tying a0 to the dark-energy density lie within 0.9 sigma, the critical-density value at 2.3 sigma. The verdict is distance-conditional (the TRGB subset alone favours 1.13e-10); deciding between candidate coefficients needs 3-5% distances for gas-dominated dwarfs.
