We investigate optical multistability and Optomechanically Induced Transparency (OMIT) in a hybrid electro-optomechanical system incorporating quantum dot molecules within an optical cavity. The system is driven by a pump laser, a probe laser, and an external microwave pump, enabling rich nonlinear optical interactions. We explore the impact of various couplings on optical multistability. Furthermore, we show that electromechanical coupling significantly alters the OMIT transparency window and group velocity index, reinforcing the slow-light effect. These results provide valuable insights into controlling light propagation, making the system highly promising for applications in optical buffers, delay lines, quantum communication, and precision sensing technologies.
