Directed Information Processes (DIPs), as defined in Paper 21, possess a finite lineage limited by directed information work, energetic environments, and process coherence. Upon completion of a journey, the DIP must exist in a frozen state, which is not merely storage but an informational genome: an ultra-compressed, prioritized, error-corrected information structure containing the essence of a completed life. This paper formally defines the genome of directed information processes, separates genotype and phenotype, introduces a two-stage compression architecture (lossless core block and lossy experience block), describes mutation windows, crossover mechanisms, and error correction, and demonstrates how a non-biological evolution of process entities emerges from this framework.
