The present paper presents a scientometric analysis of research output on Big Data using Scopus 2001-2025. The data collected from the Scopus Database during 2001-2025. The search keywords “Big Data” were found in 1,15,4142 records in the study. The study focuses on the year's publications, research output, RGR, DT, document types, top authors, source titles, keywords, subject areas, source types, affiliations, languages, funding sponsors, and country-wise distribution. The data analysis uses Microsoft Excel for calculations, percentages, tables, and bar diagrams, as well as VOSviewer. The Big Data analysis's year-to-year growth trend is beginning to slow after a period of accelerating growth. The Relative Growth Rate is starting years are decreasing in order from year 2001 to 2008, it has no growth. In the coming years, the increase in 2025 is 18.66 per cent. The doubling time growth in 2003 is 0.88 and the increase in the year is 3.36.
