Classical thermodynamic transport mechanisms—embodied by Fourier’s law, Newtonian convection, and Stefan-Boltzmann radiation—and their kinetic counterparts (Phonon Boltzmann Transport Equation and Radiative Transfer Equation) suffer from severe phenomeno-logical breakdowns at ultrafast, nanoscale, and extreme non-equilibrium regimes. In this treatise, we systematically subsume and hyper-elevate these classical and quantum-kinetic frameworks into the overarching theoretical frameworks authored by Seonggil Lee, including Rough Operator Algebra (ROA) [2], Seonggil Theory of Complex Torsion (STCT) [1], and the Seonggil Field Equation (SFE) [5]. By redefining temperature and heat flux as traces of non-commutative density matrices and composite torsion tensors on a Rough Non-commutative Algebraic Geometry (RNAG), we rigorously prove that all conventional heat transfer equations are merely zero-order commutative approximations. Furthermore, phenomena such as hyperbolic heat conduction, near-field fluctuational electrodynamics, and phase-change thermal dynamics are entirely integrated into Advanced Rough Calculus (ARC) and Universal Phase Transition Capacity (UPTC) limits [4].
