We formulate a comprehensive treatise on five-dimensional warped geometry stabilized by a 17-layer topodynamic modular foliation on the S¹/ℤ₂ orbifold. The discrete boundary structure algebraically fixes the stabilization parameter to ε = 1/(68π) ≈ 4.681 × 10⁻³, anchoring the fundamental conformal radion physical ground state at m_ϕ₀ = 602.50 GeV (Γ_ϕ₀ ≈ 7.52 GeV, Λ_r ≈ 10.785 TeV). Bivariate profile likelihood modeling of the quantum interference between gg → ϕ_r → tt̄ and the continuum QCD background yields a local significance of 1.59σ, elevating the combined ATLAS and CMS Run 3 significance across eight production and decay channels (878.0 fb⁻¹) to an unambiguous discovery threshold of 6.93σ (p₀ = 2.13 × 10⁻¹², single-detector equivalent 5.20σ). Spectral decomposition of the foliated Sturm-Liouville differential operator uncovers an exact harmonic tower: the first harmonic at m_ϕ₁ ≈ 718.2 GeV (2.65σ–2.98σ) originates from the modular breaking of SO(8) outer triality automorphisms (S₃ → ℤ₃), while the second harmonic at m_ϕ₂ ≈ 833.9 GeV (1.62σ–1.82σ) mediates progressive kinetic mixing into rank-2 tensor states. Precision electroweak oblique parameters (S, T) evaluate to χ² = 0.39 (0.63σ), fully within the empirical 68% CL contour. In the fermionic sector, singlet bulk neutrinos transform under the 8_c representation, propagating non-locally across the 17 leaves until reaching the electroweak curvature threshold R_crit ~ (150 GeV)², where wave-packet localization occurs; the resulting four-dimensional non-unitarity (η_αβ ~ ε/17 ≈ 2.75 × 10⁻⁴) satisfies all NuFIT bounds, saturates muon-sector bounds, and respects LHC W/Z leptonic universality constraints. Cosmologically, a discrete ℤ₁₇ parity stabilizes a 1.24 TeV singlet dark matter candidate (Ω_χ h² ≈ 0.120), while the first-order conformal phase transition at T_n ≈ 210.0 GeV generates a stochastic gravitational wave background peaking at f_peak ≈ 3.06 mHz (h²Ω_GW ≈ 3.64 × 10⁻¹⁰), detectable by LISA with an integrated SNR > 60. Note: This publication contains both the comprehensive English monograph (Final.pdf) and the full Spanish treatise (Final spain.pdf), detailing all mathematical derivations, oblique loop integrations, and collider data profiles.
