A Pd/C‐catalyzed conversion of primary azides to nitriles was evaluated under batch and continuous‐flow conditions. Styrene or methyl acrylate suppressed hydrogenative side reactions as hydrogen acceptors. The transformation was implemented in a Pd/C‐packed cartridge, and a two‐stage process converted 3‐phenylpropyl bromide to 3‐phenylpropionitrile. The method provides a cyanide‐free route to nitriles and an operationally simple packed‐bed implementation. This method is characterized by high selectivity, mild reaction conditions, and facile product isolation, underscoring its potential for broader synthetic applications.
