System of Eternity (SOE): Governance Architecture — Architecture Ready Ver 1.0.0

This working paper presents the adopted System of Eternity Governance Architecture, the C00–C09 component stack, at Architecture Ready Ver 1.0.0. QianJun adopted this exact repaired successor as Architecture Ready Ver 1.0.0 in record 2605. The release succeeds SOE v4.x; RFC 0.7.x remains branch lineage, and S01 is superseded history. The historically closed Grand and Exit Evaluations and the subsequent integration repairs are separately recorded, not retroactive clearance. The companion Meta Governance record contains the complete selected evaluation evidence archive, including 143 human-authorized text edits, final-only review evidence, source fingerprints, exclusions, adoption and offline text replay. This deposit provides the adopted public DOCX, a previewable PDF, checksum companions, the source/locator map and this document’s block index. Use the companion map for cross-document references; historical aliases are navigation aids, not new scientific validation. Adoption does not authorize pilots, deployment, live triggers or voter-roll instruments and does not establish empirical or universal safety. D02, the three missing original experiment/evidence items, untested measurement/custodian interfaces, bounded review coverage and recorded build/claim-label residuals remain disclosed.
