The detection of a single graviton, the hypothetical spin-2 massless mediator of quantum gravity, has been considered beyond experimental reach due to the extreme weakness of gravitational coupling. We present a theoretical model overcoming this limit via non-minimal coupling of quantized gravity with a self-interacting scalar field (STL field) with spontaneous symmetry breaking, confined in a 3-lobe toroidal microstructure described by the Gielis Superformula (m=3, n=1.618). We formulate the Albano-Schrödinger equation with a geometric confinement potential V_Gielis and derive the amplified energy shift ΔEg = (hνg)(Q·κ_geo)(E0/Evac). Using a realistic target (¹⁷⁴Yb+, m=2.89×10⁻²⁵ kg, Vtoro=4.19×10⁻³⁰ m³, ρvac=5.39×10⁻¹⁰ J/m³) and a superconducting resonator with Q=1×10⁹ at 10 mK, the model predicts Eq=6.626×10⁻²¹ J at 10 kHz, corresponding to SNR=66 above SQUID threshold (1×10⁻²² J). An array of N=10,000 toroids on a 0.3 mm² chip yields Earray=6.6×10⁻¹⁷ J and SNR≈6.6×10⁵. Metric safety is verified: Rs=4.54×10⁻⁶¹ m, 2.2×10⁵⁰ times below physical confinement. The estimated cost for INFN-based prototyping is 0.9-1.2 M€. Authors: Albano, StefanoAffiliation: Independent Researcher, Rome, Lazio, ItalyORCID: 0009-0002-5239-0779Email: willste84@gmail.com
