This preprint presents a conceptual and formal synthesis of the V₀ research programme, examining the structure of the General Universe without assuming a universal spacetime, common temporal framework, or physical connectivity between all entities. The proposed framework distinguishes real existence, physical realization, spatialization, interaction, and membership in a physical world. V₀ is postulated as a null-structural common referent of physical realization, not as a physical medium, spacetime region, or interaction channel. Physical worlds are represented through context-dependent connectivity, while domains are distinguished from independently connected worlds. The paper examines the ontological unity of reality, the formal role of V₀, and the limitations of identifying a common reference with physical necessity. The analysis incorporates bounded mathematical results and countermodels showing that an unrestricted common-reference architecture does not, by itself, determine the number of physical worlds or produce a V₀-specific observable. The work is a conceptual synthesis, not an experimentally validated physical theory. A physicalization law, a transition mechanism, and an empirical discriminator remain open research problems.
