This monograph formalizes "Metabolic Custody," an operator-theoretic analysis of internal metabolic entropy and targeted biological refueling. The study addresses a major gap in classical jurisprudence and legal theory: the failure to distinguish between metabolic clouding caused by chronic hyper-caloric gluttony (O_Gluttony) and high-efficiency biological restoration (R_Injury). Using non-self-adjoint operator calculus in Hilbert space, the paper models the contrast between systemic metabolic noise and targeted nutritional recovery. Unbound caloric intake is shown to trigger postprandial somnolence and inflammatory cytokine surges, inducing sub-acute intoxication and blunting executive agency (Aql). Conversely, the paper formalizes the precise physiological conditions under which animal protein acts as an indispensable restorative operator: specifically accelerating acute tissue repair, surgical wound healing, and collagen synthesis via leucine-triggered mTOR activation (R_Injury), alongside cyclical female heme iron replenishment (R_Heme).
