Lithium-ion energy density limits, all-solid-state interface bottlenecks, and sodium-ion/lithium sulfur trade-offs are conventionally treated as isolated materials science problems. This paper supersedes these independent views by establishing Non-Commutative Rough Electrochemical Energy Dynamics (NC-REED) within the SMA-∞ Topos. By integrating UniversalRough Operator Algebra (UROA), the Seonggil Theory of Composite Torsion (STCT), and Rough Quantum Information Geometry (RQIG), we prove that thermodynamic saturation, interfacial resistance, and capacity-lifespan trade-offs are macroscopic topological manifestations of non-commutative boundary friction and manifold shear stress. Furthermore, interfacial engineering and alternative chemistries are formally derived as geodesic optimization sub-loops across the unified energy storage manifold.
