This paper brings together several recent lines of work into a single organizing framework, called the Operadic Trinity, which connects three perspectives on compositional operator systems: syntax (how operator networks are formally assembled), semantics (what bounded operators those networks realize), and pragmatics (which spectral, analytic, and interaction invariants they carry). The framework rests on three linked principles. The first identifies a canonical triple of spectral invariants and shows that it serves as a universal coordinate system for admissible compositional spectral theories. The second promotes the spectral response hierarchy to a filtered homotopy-algebraic structure whose Maurer--Cartan theory models the associated formal deformation problem. The third derives, rather than postulates, an identification between a geometric obstruction class and an arithmetic automorphic defect class, from a comparison cochain built from local period data. The synthesis is organized into three tiers: structural, constructive, and arithmetic. Conditional automorphic regimes follow; no unconditional classification of modularity by obstruction data is claimed.
