This paper introduces a unified structural framework in which all domains of reality—physical, biological, cognitive, semantic, and social—are modeled as manifolds generated by a single primitive operator. The universal operator acts through a recursive sequence of distinction, restriction, curvature, trajectory formation, and coherence, producing the emergent structures experienced as meaning, identity, and order. Rather than treating physics, cognition, and semantics as independent explanatory regimes, the theory demonstrates that each arises from the same generative mechanism operating over different substrates. Distinction initiates separability; restriction imposes boundary conditions that shape manifold curvature; curvature determines the evolution of trajectories; and coherence stabilizes trajectories into persistent structures. Meaning is formalized as the geometric attractor of coherent trajectories within a restricted manifold. This operator-first ontology provides a substrate‑independent account of emergence, collapse, evolution, and communication, offering a structural Theory of Everything that unifies manifold behavior across domains and explains why diverse systems exhibit parallel forms of order, instability, and development.
