This preprint presents a conceptual cosmological hypothesis in which an initially unified field is proposed to undergo a transition from a state described as stillness into a dynamical regime. In the author's picture, a primordial burst produces an extremely hot, dense plasma; quark–gluon plasma and its changing phases are interpreted through a vortex-like geometry with an upper, expansion-associated region and a lower, strongly bound or equilibrium-associated region. The framework treats matter, energy, forces, and geometry as manifestations of one underlying field, while cosmic history is described as an evolving balance between expansion/entropy and inertia/thermodynamic organization. The manuscript organizes the proposal into a narrative, a set of symbolic balance relations, a candidate vortex interpretation, and a research program. It distinguishes the author's conjectures from established results. In particular, the equations presented here are conceptual bookkeeping relations, not yet derived dynamical laws: thermodynamic entropy is not identical to cosmic expansion, inertia is not generally the net-zero sum of all forces, and the observed early-universe quark–gluon plasma is not evidence by itself for a pre-Big-Bang unified field. The framework therefore requires a well-defined action or field equations, dimensional consistency, recovery of known physics, and quantitative predictions before it can be considered a physical theory.
