This paper proposes a novel unified theoretical framework for physics, the Force Equilibrium Theory (FET), also referred to as the Gu Zhong Unified Theory. The framework is built on three core axioms: (1) The sole ontology of the universe is the continuous dark matter field (A-Field, with intrinsic attractive force); all energy and matter are products of A-Field deformation. The B-Wave (light fluctuation, with intrinsic radiation pressure) is the internal energy excitation state of the A-Field. (2) The necessary and sufficient condition for the stable existence of all structures in the universe is the local or global dynamic force equilibrium between the attractive force of the A-Field and the repulsive force of the B-Wave. (3) The evolution path of the universe always follows the principle of least action. Starting from these three axioms, this paper qualitatively derives the essence of elementary particles: the bound B-Wave standing wave state in the potential well of the A-Field. The intrinsic properties of particles (mass, charge, spin) are reduced to specific manifestations of standing wave modes. On this basis, this paper proposes an origin-based particle classification system—the AB Camp Classification—and reveals the synergistic role of neutrinos and photons as the "dual pressure relief valves" of the universe. The mass of the top quark is interpreted as the collapse threshold of photon trapping by the A-Field potential well, which has a strict linear correspondence with quark decay time. A new definition of mass is proposed: mass is the "massive state" exhibited by photon energy trapped in a specific potential field (m=hν/c²). Particles and antiparticles correspond to the compressed and expanded states of the A-Field, respectively. The hierarchical explosion model of cosmology describes the Big Bang as a multi-level explosion process from the cosmic scale down to the Higgs particle scale. The unified evolution model of celestial bodies unifies planets, stars, and black holes as different force equilibrium states between the A-Field attractive force clusters and baryonic matter content. This paper further applies the Force Equilibrium Theory to ten major observational phenomena that cannot be explained by mainstream science, including the quantum vacuum zero-point energy density problem, the dark matter-baryon separation in the Bullet Cluster, dark energy evolution, the Hubble tension, the black hole information paradox, matter-antimatter asymmetry, neutrino mass and oscillation, the "premature maturity" of early galaxies observed by JWST, the flattening of galaxy rotation curves, and the weakness of gravity. All these phenomena obtain a unified mechanistic explanation within the framework of the Force Equilibrium Theory without introducing any additional ad hoc assumptions. At the level of life and consciousness, this paper deduces that life is a highly complex composite potential energy system of the A-Field and B-Wave. Based on the influence of the medium on the maintenance of force equilibrium, a medium-based taxonomy of cosmic life is proposed. This classification forms a parallel structure with the AB Camp classification of particles, revealing the unified principle that "existence form = origin mechanism + boundary conditions". With minimal axioms, this theoretical framework provides a unified and self-consistent physical picture for all natural phenomena, from particles to the universe, from physics to the meaning of life. This paper systematically lists 13 falsifiable decisive predictions and specifies the core direction of mathematization.
