This study examines how destination authenticity influences tourists’ well-being, behavioural intentions, and electronic word of mouth intentions through the mediating role of memorable tourism experiences. Data was collected from domestic tourists participating in pottery-making activities in Cappadocia via a survey. The research model was tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modelling. The findings show that destination authenticity significantly enhances memorable tourism experiences, which in turn positively affect well-being, behavioural intentions, and electronic word of mouth intentions. Furthermore, memorable tourism experiences fully mediate these relationships. The study contributes by clarifying the mechanism through which authenticity shapes tourist outcomes and offers practical insights into designing authentic and memorable tourism experiences.
