The development of general and efficient strategies for direct transformation of B─H bonds in 1,2‐azaborines remains scarce and challenging. Herein, we report a cobalt‐catalyzed B─H alkenylation reaction of 1,2‐azaborines with terminal alkynes. The method provides a versatile platform for the atom‐economic construction of diverse alkenyl‐substituted 1,2‐azaborines in high yields, with excellent regio‐ and stereoselectivities. This protocol features mild reaction conditions, broad substrate scope, and excellent functional group tolerance.
