A visible‐light‐promoted cross‐dehydrogenative protocol has been developed for the regioselective thiocyanation and selenocyanation of indolo[1,2‐a]quinoxaline derivatives. This photoinduced transformation proceeds at ambient temperature under metal‐free aerobic conditions without using an external oxidant and any photosensitizer. The key features of this protocol, including high yields, excellent regioselectivity, operational simplicity, broad functional group tolerance, and scalability, make it a synthetically attractive and practical method.
