TTVR with EVOQUE proves feasible in LVAD patients, achieving mild residual TR and functional improvement.

Transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement is technically feasible and can improve symptoms in highly complex patients with left ventricular assist devices and transvalvular pacemaker/ICD leads.
May support tricuspid intervention in LVAD patients; hypothesis-generating and should not yet change practice.

Toribio-García et al. (2026) conducted a case report in Severe tricuspid regurgitation in patients with left ventricular assist devices (n=2). Transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement (TTVR) using the EVOQUE system was evaluated on Procedural feasibility, transprosthetic gradients, and residual tricuspid regurgitation. Transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement using the EVOQUE system was technically feasible in two patients with an LVAD, resulting in mild residual regurgitation and functional improvement.
