Education is a fundamental pillar of human resource development; however, equitable access to supplementary education remains a challenge in rural areas. Children in Tegalan Hamlet, Bolopleret Village, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency, face limited learning assistance outside school hours because their parents work as traders, laborers, and farmers. The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta designed a tutoring program as a form of educational assistance for children. This community service aims to describe the implementation and impact of tutoring on children's learning motivation and engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, carried out through the stages of problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The participants were approximately 15 children from kindergarten to elementary school levels who attended voluntarily. The program was conducted in four sessions held every Saturday on June 27, July 4, July 11, and July 18, 2026, covering Mathematics, Science, English, the effects of gadgets on children, and anti-bullying education through educational films. The results showed an increase in participants' enthusiasm, engagement, confidence in expressing opinions, and discipline, as well as the growth of habits to use leisure time for more productive activities. The main obstacles were the limited duration of the KKN program and the absence of a sustainable program mechanism. Continuous collaboration among village government, schools, parents, and the community is needed so that similar programs can be sustained.
