This article proposes an educational psychology framework for enhancing Bible reading among church members. Drawing on nine perspectives (Early, Behavioral, Constructivist, Developmental, Physiological, Affective, Social Learning, Cognitive, and Digital), it synthesizes reading development theory and translates findings into concrete congregational interventions. Using an integrative literature review, the article argues that deep Bible engagement requires churches to treat Scripture reading as a learnable skill set and intentionally cultivate motivational, social, and digital environments that sustain it.
