This study investigates the integrative relationships among knowledge sharing culture (KSC), big data analytics capability (BDAC), digital orientation (DO), digital innovation capability (DIC), and sustainability performance (SP), while examining the mediating role of DIC and the moderating influence of environmental dynamism (ED). A quantitative cross‐sectional survey methodology was employed, collecting data from 323 managers and senior executives across manufacturing and service sector organizations, with data analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics through descriptive statistics, reliability assessment, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression, and bootstrapping‐based mediation and moderation procedures. The findings confirm that KSC, BDAC, and DO each exert significant positive direct effects on SP, while DIC successfully mediates all three antecedent relationships with SP, and ED positively moderates the DIC–SP relationship, amplifying innovation‐driven sustainability gains under conditions of heightened external volatility. This study makes original theoretical contributions by integrating multiple theoretical perspectives within a comprehensive sustainability‐oriented digital capability framework, establishing DIC as a critical mediating bridge and ED as a significant boundary condition, offering practical guidance for leaders seeking to leverage digital capabilities, knowledge culture, and analytics to achieve stronger, more durable SP.
