The Recursive Harmonic Codex: Technical Specification and Cosmological Blueprint for Reality 2.0

This document presents the complete technical specification and cosmological blueprint for Reality 2.0, formalizing the Recursive Harmonic Codex (RHC) as a zero-parameter operational architecture for physical, computational, and observer-dependent systems.
