This poster presents the Global Health Communication & Social Innovation Hub (GHCSIH), a proposed Europe–Latin America platform designed to strengthen global health cooperation through health communication. The model connects five core functions: comparative research, training and capacity building, policy translation, social innovation, and resource mobilization. Informed by academic and institutional exchanges in Geneva, Europe, and Latin America, the proposal seeks to create more stable mechanisms for translating evidence and community knowledge into policy, implementation, and funding opportunities. The poster outlines a distributed cooperation model involving universities, public institutions, international organizations, civil society, and communities, together with a proposed 2027–2030 roadmap for activation, consolidation, scaling, and sustainability. GHCSIH positions health communication as a strategic infrastructure for cooperation rather than as a complementary activity.
