Fiuza et al. (2026) conducted a case report in Inappropriate ICD therapy due to atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response (n=1). Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) was evaluated on ECG rhythm interpretation. An apparent wide-complex tachycardia on surface ECG was identified as anti-tachycardia pacing inappropriately delivered by an ICD during atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response.
