This paper proposes a theoretical framework for bridging a three-parameter state-space model of consciousness with well-established neurophysiological measurements. The model describes conscious states using three independent dimensions, and the proposed mappings relate these dimensions to broad categories of neural signals obtainable through standard recording techniques. The goal is to enable immediate empirical assessment of the theoretical model using openly available datasets, without introducing new experimental protocols. This work thus provides a practical operationalization of a formal consciousness model, with all procedural details reserved for the full manuscript.
