We present the closed canonical synthesis of the FCD-RBv6 pregeometric framework. Four-dimensional spacetime, gauge interactions, and relativistic invariance emerge as macroscopic limits of Cauchy-Navier elastodynamics in an incompressible 5D bulk (AdS5 ) bounded by two CPT-conjugate branes (visible Brane A and mirror Brane B). The speed of light c emerges as the bulk transverse shear velocity c = √(μbulk /ρbulk ), while relativistic inertia reflects the adiabatic saturation (γ → ∞) of anchor drag F anchor = -γσ0 v. Massive hadrons emerge as three-throat Einstein-Rosen (ER) junctions locked under the non-Abelian Artin braid group B 3 and regularized by a centrifugal Compton floor R 0 ≈ 0.6308 fm. The exact topological mass partition M D = 6m yields a dark-to-baryonic matter ratio ΩDM /Ω b ≈ 5.320 ± 0.005 without free parameters. Leptons correspond to surface Rayleigh acoustic waves at minority-mass endpoints, deriving charge quantization (q = ne) and spin-1/2 from toroidal Möbius boundary holonomies. We detail key observational discriminants: a bimodal BAO sideband split (132/168 Mpc), local resolution of the H 0 tension (ΔH 0 ≈ 5.6 km/s/Mpc), and galactic 511 keV line suppression under helical MHD turbulence.
