Mingwaiology, as an epistemological and theological methodology anchored in the Somatic Archive, is not a fixed, dogmatic construct, but a reflexive paradigm shift across distinct phases of inquiry. Evolving from an early phase (2025–2026) dominated by forensic debridement, auto-lacerating anatomy, and the risk of hermeneutical dominance, Mingwaiology matures into a Phase II (v3.0 Master Edition) defined by an epistemology of "responsible placement". Facing unresolved suffering and the "Defensive Closure" of trauma, the framework establishes four ethically differentiated responses: Non-interpretive Hospitality (Specimen 27), Temporal Placement (Specimen 26), Testimonial Formation via RMT (Specimen 28), and the Deliberate Cessation of Interpretation (Specimen 30 / The Archival Charter). This paper documents how the researcher transitions from an analytical posture seeking totalizing truth to a hermeneutical posture practicing kenotic humility and ethical self-limitation before existential mysteries.
