Abstract

RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS: Enteritis syndrome in French red-legged partridge flocks.Detection of novel enteric coronaviruses (ParCoVs).ParCoVs are phylogenetically close to French TCoVs.Significant genetic variability of ParCoVs ruled out a clonal cluster of cases.Avian coronavirus RNA detected in intestinal sections by RNAscope ISH.
