Preregistration of Study 02 of the Microcontrôland project, a fictionalcountry simulated by 7 ESP32-S3 boards (1 gateway, 6 regions, 120 smallHinton-type neural networks). Question: which observable states of thecountry precede a change of power (revolution, palace coup, electoraldefeat, vacancy)? Data split: exploration from 9 October 2026 to 8 January 2027 (era 1);test from 9 January 2027 (at least 3 months) on data never looked atwhile building the hypotheses. Hypotheses and their success indicatorswill be added, in a dated file, as a new version of this record before9 January 2027. Results will be published whatever they are. Filed in the project's Git repository on 13 October 2026 (commit4ad17e1); archived on Zenodo on [16 October 2026]. The Zenodo date is theindependently verifiable one. No analysis of the test period has beendone. Known limits: a single real country, citizens are not independentexperiments; political rules are written in the code, and a regularitythat follows directly from a rule is not a discovery. Host-computersimulations serve as reference.
