The cardiovascular continuum aligns closely with the Luobing theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Based on the Mai Luo theory of TCM, Luobing theory-based formulas, including Jinlida Granules, Tongxinluo Capsules, Shensong Yangxin Capsules, and Qili Qiangxin Capsules, have been developed as precise interventions for different stages of the cardiovascular continuum. These formulas are supported by high-quality evidence. “Expert consensus on intervention in the cardiovascular continuum by Luobing theory-based Chinese medicine formulas” strictly follows the consensus formulation standards, with evidence-based medicine as the main basis, consensus as a supplement, and experience as a reference. The pharmacological mechanisms and key evidence for collateral-dredging interventions in diabetes and prediabetes, ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, arrhythmia, and heart failure are summarized. The corresponding clinical application recommendations are presented, aiming to provide guidance for clinicians.
