The standard cosmological model accurately predicts the primordial abundance of deuterium but overestimates lithium-7 by a factor of three. We present a resolution to this anomaly derived from the Vi Gravitatis (VG) theoretical framework. By treating the cosmic expansion as a dynamically bounded process within an inviscid spatial medium, we derive a maximum cosmic temperature Tmax associated with a nonsingular bounce. The resulting analytical expansion rate, HVG(T)=HΛCDM(T)1−T/Tmax, naturally suppresses H(z) by ≈10% during the critical window of beryllium-7 production (T≈0.1 MeV), while rapidly converging to the standard rate at the deuterium freeze-out (T≈0.01 MeV). This geometric mechanism solves the lithium problem without breaking the strict observational constraints on primordial deuterium.
