Author's submitted manuscript (preprint), under consideration at Proceedings of the Royal Society A. This single-author theoretical paper isolates the strictly physical core of Macrobiotic Quantum Theory (MQT). It argues that every physical arrangement in the universe arises from the interplay of three ingredients only: the dual vacuum, light, and the macrobiotic quantum (MQ) — Einstein's forgotten quantum, taken as a punctual source for dimensional formation. From a punctual MQ and a single temporal tick, the speed of light extrudes spatial extent, so c is the dimension-forming rate. The dual vacuum carries a vacuum direction θ_v; the two cosmic anchors (c and the Planck length) balance with no fitted parameter at the magic angle arccos(1/√3) ≈ 54.7356°. The fine-structure constant and Newton's constant are co-modulated by one information field, α_eff = α(1 + ηI + η'ε) and G_eff = G_0(1 + βI), coupling seamlessly to QED and reducing to it exactly at a uniform background. The central empirical content is a falsifiable prediction: α and G, carried by the same field, vary in the fixed ratio η/β, so any drift of α must be accompanied by a correlated drift of G. The absolute value of α is presented as an order-of-magnitude identification, not a closed-form derivation. General relativity and ordinary electromagnetism are recovered in the appropriate limits. The note stays strictly on the public MQT surface.
