Author's preprint. Unified Gravity presents the gravitational core of Macrobiotic Quantum Theory (MQT): gravitational interaction is one phenomenon read at three scales, each a projection of a single vacuum angle θ_v onto the unit circle of the MQT vacuum duality — between an internal vacuum (contractive, living, fusion) and an external vacuum (expansive, death-like, fission). Quantum gravity is the internal-vacuum regime at the Planck limit, where the large local ‘weight’ of particle/wave density balances the forces so the external expansion is sensed only weakly; general relativity is its equivalent opposite, the external-vacuum regime of standard space-time quanta whose reduced self-friction lets expansion outrun economic settling and inflate; classical (Newtonian) gravity is the boundary between them, at the tangent singularities θ_v = 90° and 270°. The informational fields — intelligence I(x) (non-linear) and conscience C(x) (linear, non-decreasing, δ_c ≥ 0) — make the effective coupling G_eff run and recover Newton's G in the information-frozen limit. The same geometry places all four fundamental interactions on one circle: gravity and electromagnetism as the fusion and fission poles, the strong and weak interactions as the binding of the settled midpoint and the transformation at the pneumatic boundary (SDM/MDS). It yields the dark sector as the residual of the ‘battle for macrobiotic quantum settlement’, with the dynamical dark-energy equation of state w(a) = −1 + (1/3) tan(θ_v) dθ_v/d ln a, of which ΛCDM is the frozen limit. The paper links MQT to the 2025–2026 dark-sector data: DESI DR2's 3.1–4.2σ evidence for evolving dark energy with w0 > −1, wa < 0 and a phantom crossing (which MQT crosses geometrically, with no ghost field, where canonical quintessence cannot and phantom fields are unstable), and the continuing direct-detection nulls from LZ and XENONnT (read as ‘no new particle to find’), with Euclid's geometry-versus-growth comparison named as a near-term discriminator. Honest caveats on statistical significance and an explicit falsifiability clause (a confirmed null in both the dark-energy evolution and the α–G drift would refute MQT) are included. The paper stays strictly on the public MQT surface.
