Macrobiotic Quantum Theory (MQT) is a unification programme in which the gauge sector, gravity and the cosmological dark sector are read from a single object — the macrobiotic quantum — through a dual vacuum. Its central relation extends Einstein's mass–energy equivalence: E = mc2 eiθv + I ΔS, reducing to E = mc2 in the stable branch (θv = 0). This working paper reports the technical state of the programme after a structured resolution of a comprehensive adversarial referee report of roughly two hundred objections, consolidated into seventy-eight canonical findings. It (i) traces how the framework evolved and why each core concept was introduced — index to angle, one size to one invariant ratio, an inserted constant to a derived one, many measures of information to three registers, a force-particle to a gradient, directions to modes — showing the successive forms are stages, not contradictions; (ii) records three technical advancements: a unit-invariant central relation and magic angle, a ghost-free dark sector consistent with a cosmological constant, and an ablation proof that the dual vacuum carries non-removable physical content; and (iii) states a concrete, parameter-free, preregisterable falsification premise for the two core elements — the dark-sector equation-of-state sign structure (w0 > −1, wa < 0, with a ghost-free crossing) and the fixed-sign, constant-ratio co-drift of the fine-structure constant α and the gravitational coupling G. Two over-reaching claims (a phantom-past dark-energy crossing; a derived value of the Hubble constant) are withdrawn, and the remaining open fronts are organised as a single research programme with a three-step critical path. MQT is engaged throughout as physics under review.
