A 9‐month‐old, entire, male, domestic rabbit was presented with unilateral scrotal swelling. The right testicle exhibited enlargement and caused discomfort. Radiography confirmed two abdominal masses. Haematology revealed mild leukocytosis with heterophilia. Following surgery, histopathological evaluation of the right testis revealed chronic suppurative orchitis with dense fibrous encapsulation and multifocal areas of necrosis. At a 10‐day postoperative check‐up, the rabbit recovered uneventfully.
