A simulation program for simulating an air-cooled condenser and air conditioning systems is presented in this research. The program can forecast the capacity of a condenser in two scenarios: one involves a clean condenser, and the other involves a condenser which is used in a water mist pre-cooling system. The condensing heat exchange arrangement provided in this study is a cross-flow, aluminum louver fin, unmixed copper tube type, where forced air flows outside the tubes and refrigerant travels inside the tubes. To confirm the accuracy of the mathematical model, experimental studies are also taken into consideration. The components of the test rig set-up are an evaporator, compressor, water mist system, cross flow condenser, open duct air supply, and measuring instruments. The estimated parameters for both cases accord exceptionally well with the projected results of the airflow and refrigerant properties for the air conditioning unit. The A/C unit's performance shows a reasonable degree of consistency between the experimental and forecasted results.
