Two-directional synthesis is a powerful strategy for rapidly increasing molecular complexity, yet its tactical implementation with radical cross-coupling remains underdeveloped. Here, we report simultaneous two-directional radical cross-coupling of bifunctional radical precursors. Diacid-derived bis-redox-active esters undergo Ag–Ni electrocatalytic decarboxylative arylation to access functionalized dibenzyl amines and related linkers, while diamine-derived bis-sulfonyl hydrazides participate in redox-neutral deaminative RCC. This strategy enables chemoselective, scalable access to valuable products from readily available starting materials.
