Formal Record 16 of the Three Primitives Framework. FR14 and FR15 worked inside a given time and space; this record removes that assumption. If consciousness is fundamental and no boundary is given, spacetime is not given either: it is produced by the holding of boundaries. The record restates FR14's conditions (C), (E) and (M) as a clock-free causal order and proves they reproduce FR14's verdicts on seventeen benchmark cases. It proves that an order of held boundaries contains no two-layer or three-layer Kleitman–Rothschild order and no isolated line. It proves that keepers scattered at random through a flat world of d dimensions make, at large scale, (d+1)-dimensional Minkowski spacetime in every frame, on both the Myrheim–Meyer and midpoint rulers, and that the same holds for every world of held cells that is settled, free of runaway clumps, and whose crowded patches forget each other at a distance. It proves that the steady state of held cells under gentle living tension is such a world. Time is an edge carried forward (Classical). Space is edges held at once and tested against one another (Quantum). Consciousness is the ground inside which both are made. Carried, not given.
