The value of Chinese memory heritage is mainly reflected in memory storage, information services, ethnic group governance, and cultural innovation, with distinctive uniqueness. With the continuous development of digital technology, digital humanities have been increasingly and extensively applied in the field of memory heritage. Based on the theory of spatial production, the integration of digital humanities and memory heritage has created a production space of “digital memory,” which breaks the traditional forms of exhibition and communication and gives rise to new business formats and interactive experiences. Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis, this study selected innovative digitalization practices of Chinese memory heritage. Four development paths for the application scenarios of Chinese memory heritage have been summarized from the perspective of digital humanities: digital exhibition, digital performance, digital participation, and digital commodities. It also integrated the development strategies of memory heritage along different digitalization paths, aiming to provide references for the digital development of memory heritage based on various application scenarios. This study provides a theoretical framework and analytical approaches for the digital development of memory heritage, and carries out a critical reflection on the limitations in the digital development of memory heritage through the analytical lens of spatial folding between the digital and humanistic dimensions.
