CHORD-SIEVES & BAMA 80-Kernel Astro-Prime: Detrending-Free Multi-Sector Exoplanet Discovery, 4,957-Window Ephemeris Self-Audit, and 256-Byte Golden-Ratio Cortical Cartridges on NASA TESS 2-Minute Photometry Conventional exoplanet transit searches rely on aggressive high-pass detrending splines (Savitzky–Golay, GP, wavelet filters) that distort long-duration temperate transits across multi-year TESS sector gaps. We present CHORD-SIEVES v2.4 (Chromatin-Inspired Harmonic Occultation & Riemannian Deconvolution Sieve) paired with the BAMA 80-Kernel Astro-Prime Collective Arena (20,480 Bytes, 80 × 256B zero-decompression golden-ratio lattice cells): 845 Verified Exoplanet Candidates across 386 Primary TIC Host Stars (+ 4 Marked-Only TIC Hosts = 390 Union TIC Star Systems): 809 uncataloged multi-epoch companions (NEW_OUTER), 25 solved single-transit TOIs (SOLVED_TOI), and 11 harmonic/ephemeris refinements (REFINEMENT_HARMONIC). 600 Shirt-Sleeve Temperature-Cut Candidates (0°C ≤ T_surf ≤ +35°C / 32°F–95°F: 65 rocky/super-Earth radii R_p ≤ 1.60 R_earth and 535 volatile-rich/sub-Neptune radii R_p > 1.60 R_earth) and 8 High-Rubric (≥85.0%) Two-Epoch Period-Alias Solutions across 3 Host Stars (TIC 271478281, TIC 283722336, TIC 320847025), led by Flagship TIC 271478281.05 (R_p = 1.07 R_earth, M_p = 1.24 M_earth, P = 125.51444 d, a = 0.4438 AU, R_* = 0.691 R_sun, ESI = 0.946, T_surf = +14.8°C / 58.7°F). 4,957 Historical Transit Windows Audited (Self-Audit Ledger v2.4.0): 2,170 / 4,957 (43.78%) on-time CORRECT, 422 (8.51%) SHIFTED (TTV) across 429 recalibrated records, and 0 WRONG (100.0% across 2,592 covered windows).
