Lifestyle media have become important sources of menopause information as public awareness has grown alongside persistent gaps in formal education and healthcare guidance. This study examines how Chatelaine and Canadian Living frame menopause within the broader Menopause Wellness Industrial Complex (MWIC). Using interpretive frame analysis, we analyzed 108 menopause-related articles published between 2023 and 2026. Four interrelated framing strategies were identified: diagnostic pedagogy, hybrid authority, service-oriented self-management, and consumer-ready relief. We argue that lifestyle media function as the informational infrastructure of the MWIC, organizing how menopause is recognized, understood, and managed while normalizing individualized and consumer-oriented responses.
